Bath tub was dirty

I really don’t know were to begin because it was a horrible experience and I paid $885 for 14 days but we left on Saturday. On top of that the wifi wasn’t free you had to paid for it but they don’t say that till you start having issues with WiFi. The rooms look old and NOT up to date. I will never stay here

I made a mistake in my booking, and Mr. Jackson made sure everything went smooth. The state was comfortable and was quiet. I give the hotel five stars.

Convent location
No breakfast. I checked in between 3:30 pm and checked out around 9:30 to 10 pm same day. Did not spend the night bathtub water stuck between shower and bathtub. Did not get enough flow from either. I booked the room two days in advance and ask specifically for ground floor because I am a fall risk with a disabled ankle and a disabled knee. Elevator did not work. Even though I booked two days in advance and specified ground pool room they did not receive around four room for me and I had to struggle up the stairs and left my clothing in my car. I stayed long to take a shower but the water flow was horrendous because it was not enough from the shower or the tub it was stuck halfway in between and I had to use a cup to rinse myself off. Why did I bother to book two days in advance and specify a ground floor if I was not going to be given a ground floor room. Elevator was broken so I had to struggle up the stairs by myself and was too exhausted to go back down and get my suitcase.
Staff is very friendly. Manager is very welcoming. Place is secure and clean!
The room was disgustingly, the bed felt like a rock. I’m not sure how people stay here long here extended. I barely made it 1 night
